Today I received another Great experience at Sports Clips. All the Stylists said hello and were very friendly when I came in. Stacey took great care of me with the MVP service and NEVER had a Bad haircut from her or her staff if she isn't there. I will be back!!

And then to even worsen this nightmare when got notified and called inside to update them on I’d already received a haircut in the time waited after being told no wait and stated it was a horrible experience the lady on the phone says “oh, ok bye”. No respect for customers. Never never go here in my opinion

Only giving a 1 star bc 0 isn’t available. Called while I was in town waiting for my wife to finish her chemo and stylist said no wait and I mentioned not being able to log in online and she told me no problem just come on in and again said no wait. After having to call bc all gps locations are incorrect got there and signed in and told me it would be 30+ mins. Once the only person who said anything realized I didn’t log in online she walked away. The guest behind me shouted I did and she immediately took him back still not speaking to me. Luckily there was an amazing GREAT CLIPS just across the parking lot. Was able to get in get my haircut and finish before I ever got notified from you guys. The location back home is way better and way more professional and efficient. Definitely would choose Great Clips over this location 10 out of 10 times. Worst part is this was the first time since my stylist at the location back home suddenly lost her life in an accident I had built myself up to step in a Sportsclip again. Thanks for a terrible experience that was already an emotional day for me.
